It is
possible to book the Epsom (St Martins) Scouts and Guides Hall for
parties, functions and meetings. We also have a smaller meeting room
(The Forge) which is self contained and also available for hire. For

At the moment the hall is typically used as follows:
Monday morning: Available
Tuesday morning: Available till 11am
followed by an Exercise Class
Tuesday afternoon: Not available due to floor cleaning
Tuesday late afternoon: Brownie Meeting
Tuesday evening: Disco Zumba Fitness
Wednesday morning: Available till 10:30am
followed by Zumba
Wednesday afternoon: Available 12.30pm till 4.30pm
Thursday morning: Zumba
Available 11.30am till 12.30pm
Thursday afternoon: Available 3.00pm till 4.30pm
Friday morning: Available
Friday afternoon: Available
Friday evening: Not available due to floor cleaning
Saturday evening: Available from 6:00pm
Sunday morning: Foundry
Sunday afternoon: Available from 1:00pm for party bookings (under 12s only)
Sunday evening: Sometimes Available

Facilities include:
Large Hall. 17.5 metres by 9.6 metres (57.5ft x 31.5ft), height
to ceiling 3.05 metres (10ft). The hall has plenty of chairs and
tables.
Small Kitchen. Newly fitted out with Gas Oven and Hob. Sink
with Drainer and Hot Water on tap. Lots of work space. Small
Fridge.
Separate Male and Female toilets.
Parking at front and rear of the building.

Occasional Hire Charges
The hall is only available for children's parties, soft play
and similar activities. If you are known to the Scout or Guide
Group, please state this when you contact the booking secretary.
Please note we do not accept any bookings after 11pm or
parties for adults or children above 11 years of age or any
disco parties.
Hire Charges from 1st September 2021 are £75 for up to 3 hours
plus £20.00 for each hour afterwards. Discounts maybe available
for regular bookings.
